had a terrible experience with shipping reaching out with customer survey sending several emails with no response. I also requested a refund with no response. My patch didn’t work with the battery life so I lost two cycles one due to shipping and the other one due to the battery, not working when I spoke to somebody about the battery life they were unable to help me because their company is out of Germany. Do not buy the product.
It took about 1 month to receive my order. Not happy how it took that long.
Shipping was incredibly slow - my item arrived 10-14 days after I placed the order and therefore missed my window to apply the patch. Great product - I've used it in the past, with success, but was hoping to have it arrive a bit sooner than it did.
Customer service never responded after multiple times
In the past, you all have been very good at fulfilling my orders, but I actually never got the last order.
I ordered the product and It never arrived. I see the shipping label was printed but it never shipped. I reached out to customer service 5 times and no one ever responded. Terrible.
First off, i've been trying to reach somebody at customer service for the last two weeks. I was looking to return the product because it caused a rash on the skin that turn into a burn. I never heard bad for customer service and now I'm getting an email to review it on day 31 once I'm out of my return window. Lastly the sensor didn't work as advertised your better off getting an app that tracks your period since that's all their app does.
I’ve never gotten my product and continue reaching out for a refund. It’s been weeks of emailing and never get a response. I used this product when I got pregnant with my first and recommended it to others but after the pulling of teeth to get a refund for a product I never got I wouldn’t recommend it again.
Clearblue confirmed ovulation and I got pregnant. I kept wearing my femsense patch for 2 more days an it never confirmed my ovulation. not reliable.
The directions were easy to follow. This is great!
The patch caused constant discomfort and itchiness throughout its use, and when I removed it, I was left with a severe rash on my skin.
The patch falls off after a few days and I’m not even sure it does anything to begin with….the app just says “ovulation not detected” and doesn’t give you any metrics to go off of? Seems like a scam.
I really thought this would show your temperature and a graph. I'm very disappointed that I can't see my results but you can use my information for many different things.
It said it confirm ovulation but my ovulation hasn’t happened .
I’m not sure how I feel about this patch. The process is easy to apply and easy to scan. It confirmed ovulation before anything else so I’m not too sure how accurate it is. The patch also got really itchy towards the end and when the app told me to take the patch off I had welts. I normally don’t have sensitive skin. I was skeptical so I used the patch along with a BBT thermometer, Inito fertility monitor and LH strips. We will see what happens.
Confusing. My battery died . Does not give temp or work with any apps manually or automatically. I do not understand why you are replacing that one without any information. I have 2 more, do I slip on of them on or lose the whole month?
I had no clue I would have to pay for the app in order to use the patches
I feel disappointed. I followed the directions and the patch didn't stay on beyond 24 hrs. Feel like I wasted money & I didn't get the data I wanted
This is my 3rd cycle using the patches, as a method to avoid pregnancy, I can relax when the patch is off! To keep the patch on/ secure I use medical adhesive wipes & unsi-solve to remove them. So far, not pregnant! Guess I'll update when I aunt flow visits.
What a great invention! It took away the guessing game of when am I ovulating? I actually ovulated earlier than what other apps had predicted which leads me to believe that’s another reason why it’s been so hard TTC. I will say that the app does need to be updated because it has a lot of bugs that’s needs to be fixed to avoid it from freezing. Other than that I’m pretty happy so far.
I loved it. I put it on and I couldn’t feel it. I’m not pregnant yet so I’ll keep checking in.
